Approval of 30 internal processes in handling administrative procedures in the field of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs according to a simplified plan within the scope of state management functions of the Department of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs of Hanoi, including:

(1) 02 internal processes to handle administrative procedures linked to central agencies:

- Granting "Fatherland Certificate of Merit" to those who sacrificed their lives but have not been granted "Fatherland Certificate of Merit" whose relatives have received preferential treatment from December 31, 1994, or before;

- Granting "Certificate of Fatherland recognition" to those who sacrifice in the cases specified in Article 14 of the Ordinance but have not been granted a "Certificate of Fatherland credit" but their relatives have been granted preferential treatment from January 1, 1995, to September 30, 2006.

(2) 28 processes under the jurisdiction of the Department of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs (including 03 processes under the jurisdiction of the district People's Committee in Hanoi):

- 03 processes under the jurisdiction of the district People's Committee in Hanoi (in the field of vocational education):

+ Establishment of a public intermediate school council;

+ Replacement of the president, secretary, and members of the public secondary school board;
