31 administrative procedures prioritized for implementation in the electronic environment by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam issues a list of administrative procedures prioritized for implementation in the electronic environment, including:

- 08 procedures under the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism prioritized include:

+ Procedure for issuing an international travel service business license.

+ Procedure for reissuing an international travel service business license.

+ Procedure for renewing an international travel service business license.

+ Procedure for revoking an international travel service business license in case a business ceases travel service activities.

+ Procedure for revoking an international travel service business license in case of corporate dissolution.

+ Procedure for revoking an international travel service business license in case of corporate bankruptcy.

+ Procedure for recognizing the classification of tourism accommodations: 4-star, 5-star hotels, tourist villas, tourist apartments, and cruise ships.

+ Procedure for establishing a representative office in Vietnam for foreign tourism agencies, international and regional tourism organizations.

- 02 procedures under the Department of Sports prioritized include:

+ Procedure for recognizing the mobilization committee to establish a national sports association.

+ Procedure for organizing the regional, continental, and world sports championship tournaments held in Vietnam; annual national sports championship tournaments for each sport.

- 03 procedures under the Department of Performing Arts prioritized include:

+ Procedure for organizing performing arts events within the framework of international cooperation of central-level performing arts professional associations, and public service providers with performing arts functions at the central level.

+ Procedure for organizing national and international art competitions and festivals by central-level professional performing arts associations, and public service providers with performing arts functions at the central level.

+ Procedure for licensing the importation of cultural products, such as audio and video recordings of performing arts not intended for commercial purposes under the authority of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
