On September 14, 2023, the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issued Circular 09/2023/TT-BTNMT amending the Circular related to the submission and presentation of household registration books and related documents when carrying out administrative procedures and providing public services in the field of water resources, which amends the application file to extend and adjust the content of the underground water drilling license.
Clause 2, Article 1, Circular 09/2023/TT-BTNMT amending Point c, Clause 4, Article 1 of Circular 11/2022/TT-BTNMT amend and supplement a number of articles of a number of circulars related to business activities within the scope of state management functions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
Thus, the application file for extension and adjustment of the underground water drilling practice license includes:
(1) Application to extend or adjust the content of the underground water drilling license;
(2) Summary table of underground water drilling projects carried out by organizations and individuals during the period of using the issued license;
(3) In the case of requesting a license extension with a change in the person responsible for technical matters, in addition to documents (1) and (2), the application for license renewal also includes:
- A certified copy or photocopy certified by the agency issuing the diploma or certificate of the person responsible for technical matters according to the provisions of law and the labor contract in the case of an organization or individual applying for a labor contract with the person responsible for technical matters; if there are only photocopies, the original must be attached for comparison.
- A declaration of professional experience in underground water drilling activities by the person in charge of engineering;
(4) In case of requesting to adjust the content of the license, in addition to documents (1) and (2), the application dossier to adjust the content of the license also includes documents proving the capacity conditions to meet the prescribed scope of practice (in the case of a request to adjust the scope of practice).
