Vietnam’s regulations on reporting on postal service quality

The Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam issued Circular No. 14/2018/TT-BTTTT providing for management of postal service quality.

Specifically, according to Circular No. 14/2018/TT-BTTTT of the Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam, reporting on postal service quality is prescribed as follows:

1. Every postal service provider shall send a report on the result of service quality self-inspection together with an electronic copy to the email to the Ministry of Information and Communications and its provincial branches which are then sent to the Department of Information and Communications.

2. The postal service provider shall send irregular reports on postal service quality to the state management agency as required.
