My mother had a coffee plantation that she divided between my sister and me. We marked the boundaries and stretched the lines straight, asking the district land office of Bao Loc City to measure and issue a certificate since 2012. Each person worked on their own part. Now my sister has sold her portion to someone else, and I only found out that the land registration was incorrect when the new owner demanded the land I was working on. It turned out that at the time of issuing the land certificate, the boundary was incorrectly recorded, taking nearly all of my garden land. What can I do now to get the certificate corrected to reflect the proper boundary, considering both the giver and recipient are still here and acknowledge that the error was due to the Bao Loc land office? I have consulted the Bao Loc land office, but they responded that it could not be redone.
