Question:My company is currently the investor of a real estate project in Ho Chi Minh City, with the investment decision made by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam. Currently, my company needs revolving capital and wants to transfer this real estate project. So, is my company free to transfer it, or must we seek permission from the Prime Minister?
My mother had a coffee plantation that she divided between my sister and me. We marked the boundaries and stretched the lines straight, asking the district land office of Bao Loc City to measure and issue a certificate since 2012. Each person worked on their own part.
