11 internal administrative procedures between state administrative agencies in Vietnam were announced, including:

1. Procedures for developing and approving annual asset and income verification plans

Contents of procedures for suspending the performance of assigned duties and official duties of a person with a conflict of interest

The order of implementation is as follows:

- Suspension of performing duties and official duties of a person with a conflict of interest is carried out when there are clear grounds that that person has committed a violation of the law or has improper impacts, causing difficulties or obstructions to the operations of competent state agencies.

- Within 05 days from the date of having the grounds specified above, the head of an agency, organization, or unit decides or requests a person with management authority to suspend the performance of duties and official duties for a person with a position and authority.

- The decision to suspend the performance of duties and official duties must clearly state the full name of the person holding the position and authority, the suspension period; reason for suspension, the rights and obligations of the person whose position and powers are suspended, and enforcement.

- The decision to suspend the performance of duties and official duties must be sent to the suspended person and agencies, organizations, units, and individuals with information and reports on conflicts of interest...
