This Circular provides the specific content of Clause 5, Article 44 of the Electricity Law 2024 on contract for providing auxiliary services for the electrical system.

The main content of the contract for providing auxiliary services for the electrical system is as follows:

- The main content of the contract for providing auxiliary services regulated in the Appendix issued with this Circular serves as the basis for the Buyer and Seller of auxiliary services to negotiate and sign the contract.

The Buyer and Seller of auxiliary services have the right to negotiate, agree, amend, and supplement the main content and add other clauses in the contract for providing auxiliary services in accordance with the legal regulations of Vietnam.

- The contract language used is Vietnamese. The Buyer and Seller of auxiliary services can agree to supplement the contract with the language used in English.

Some examples of the main content of this Contract are:

**Price of System Auxiliary Services

The price of auxiliary services is stipulated annually in the Contract's Appendix. The Buyer and Seller are obligated to sign amendments and supplements to the Contract regarding the price of auxiliary services after the Ministry of Industry and Trade's decision on the approval of auxiliary service prices for the electrical system.

**Invoicing, Payment for Electricity, and Payment Period

1. Invoicing

Before the (...) day of each month, the Seller shall send the payment notification for the provision of auxiliary services along with the previous month's payment documents to the Buyer.

2. Payment for Electricity

The Buyer shall pay the Seller the entire electricity supplied based on the final meter readings, the announced and daily executed available capacity chart, and the number of paid start-ups, together with the summary table of payment values including detailed payment calculation tables stipulated in the Appendix of this Contract.
