Salary Classification upon Completion of Probationary Period and Appointment to Professional Title

Article 6 Draft Circular stipulates that after the probation period ends according to regulations, and upon authorization of appointment to the professional titles of public employees in the positions of sound technician, broadcaster, film production technician, cameraman within the Information and Communications sector, salary scales should be arranged according to the appointed professional titles as follows:

- In cases where the recruited public employee has a doctoral degree in a relevant field to the job position, they are placed at level 3 with a salary coefficient of 3.00 of the professional title: Sound Technician Tier III, Broadcaster Tier III, Film Production Technician Tier III, Cameraman Tier III;- In cases where the recruited public employee has a master’s degree in a relevant field to the job position, they are placed at level 2 with a salary coefficient of 2.67 of the professional title: Sound Technician Tier III, Broadcaster Tier III, Film Production Technician Tier III, Cameraman Tier III;- In cases where the recruited public employee has a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field to the job position, they are placed at level 1 with a salary coefficient of 2.34 of the professional title: Sound Technician Tier III, Broadcaster Tier III, Film Production Technician Tier III, Cameraman Tier III;- In cases where the recruited public employee has a college degree in a relevant field to the job position, they are placed at level 2 with a salary coefficient of 2.06 of the professional title: Sound Technician Tier IV, Broadcaster Tier IV, Film Production Technician Tier IV, Cameraman Tier IV;- In cases where the recruited public employee has an intermediate degree in a relevant field to the job position, they are placed at level 1 with a salary coefficient of 1.86 of the professional title: Sound Technician Tier IV, Broadcaster Tier IV, Film Production Technician Tier IV, Cameraman Tier IV.
