Responsibilities of the units at the National Vocational Education Teachers' Conference - Illustrative photo
Per Article 14 and Article 15 of the DraftCircular governing the national vocational education teachers' conference, the responsibilities of the units at the conference are as follows:
Regarding the responsibilities of the organizing unit of the conference:
- Coordinate with the Organizing Committee to prepare facilities, presentation rooms, and equipment for the conference.- Arrange heavy and large-size equipment for some common trades and professions as required by the Organizing Committee.- Support and guide the teams of teachers participating in the conference.
Regarding the responsibilities of the People's Committees of provinces, centrally-run cities, and vocational education institutions sending teachers to participate in the conference:
- People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities are responsible for directing the organization of training for teachers nominated to participate in the national conference. The training time shall not exceed 80 hours for each teacher registered for the conference; vocational education institutions are responsible for organizing training for teachers nominated to participate in the provincial-level conference. The training time shall not exceed 40 hours for each teacher registered for the conference.- Prepare materials, fuel, supplies, and equipment to serve the lectures of the teachers in the participating teams.
Additionally, the organizing levels of the conference should prepare budget estimates in accordance with the Joint Circular No. 79/2012/TTLT-BTC-BLDTBXH dated May 21, 2012, from the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, which regulates the contents and expenditure levels for vocational teachers' conference activities and vocational training equipment competitions.
Note: No later than 30 working days after the end of the conference, vocational education institutions must send reports on the results of the institutional-level conference to the People's Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities (Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs). The People's Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities must send reports on the results of the provincial-level conference to the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs (General Department of Vocational Education).
