Repeal of Entire Series of Legal Normative Documents on Construction Investment Activities

Abolish 08 regulatory legal documents on construction investment activities issued by the Minister of Construction as listed in Appendix 1 issued together with Circular 01/2019/TT-BXD, specifically:

1. Circular 16/2000/TT-BXD dated December 11, 2000, of the Minister of Construction guiding construction management for foreign investment activities and managing foreign contractors entering to undertake construction and consultancy projects in Vietnam.
2. Circular 06/2006/TT-BXD dated November 10, 2006, of the Minister of Construction guiding geotechnical surveys serving the selection of sites and design of construction works.
3. Circular 08/2006/TT-BXD dated November 24, 2006, of the Minister of Construction guiding the maintenance of construction works.
4. Circular 03/2009/TT-BXD dated March 26, 2009, of the Minister of Construction detailing the provisions of Decree 12/2009/ND-CP dated February 12, 2009, of the Government of Vietnam on the management of construction investment projects.
5. Decision 11/2006/QD-BXD dated April 11, 2006, of the Ministry of Construction on authorization in the management of construction investment projects for units under the Ministry of Construction.
6. Decision 31/2006/QD-BXD dated September 14, 2006, of the Ministry of Construction issuing regulations on administrative procedures and the professional demeanor of officials in issuing construction permits, construction operation practice certificates, and licenses for foreign contractors operating in Vietnam.
7. Decision 33/2006/QD-BXD dated October 5, 2006, of the Ministry of Construction issuing regulations on administrative procedures and the professional demeanor of officials in the field of basic design appraisal for construction investment projects.
8. Directive 13/2006/CT-BXD dated November 23, 2006, of the Ministry of Construction on strengthening the management of the quality of construction projects by private investors.
