Draft Decree stipulates specific healthcare data information in the national database on Insurance, including: Shared category data in the healthcare sector; Information data on health examination and treatment facilities; Health workforce data; Personal health record data; Health examination and treatment; and Data format description and data transmission in the healthcare sector. Specifically, as follows:

1. Shared category data in the healthcare sector:

- Data on technical services, examination services, and hospital beds;- Data on medical supplies, chemicals, biological products;- Data on medical equipment;- Data on drugs: modern medicine, traditional medicine, blood and blood products;- Data on drugs with registration numbers for circulation in Vietnam;- Data on the approval results of drug selection, medicinal materials, chemicals, biological products, medical supplies, medical equipment;- Data on declared prices, re-declared pharmaceutical products, medicinal materials, chemicals, biological products, medical supplies, medical equipment;- Data on drug usage instructions attached to the drug registration dossier licensed by the Ministry of Health; diagnosis and treatment guidelines of the Ministry of Health;- Data on importing, manufacturing, trading units of pharmaceuticals, medicinal materials, chemicals, biological products, medical supplies, medical equipment;- Data on disease codes, disease groups, chapters of diseases;- International surgery, procedure categories;- Data on codes for hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, diagnostic imaging, and endoscopy examinations; body position categories;- Expense group categories;- Department code categories;- Injury code categories;- Bid package code and drug bid group code categories;- Data on health examination and treatment facilities;- Other shared category data related to the healthcare sector issued by the Ministry of Health.

2. Information data on health examination and treatment facilities:

- General information data on health examination and treatment facilities;- Data on drug and medical supplies procurement results;- Data on approved technical services;- Data on infrastructure;- Data on medical equipment categories.

3. Health workforce data.

4. Personal health record data; health examination and treatment:

- Personal health record data: preventive medicine, vaccination data, infectious disease data, non-communicable disease data, medical examination data, disease category data, examination records of the population data;- Health examination and treatment data: Clinical medical data of patients, test results, diagnostic images;- Data on medical examination and treatment expenses; Health Insurance treatment expenses.
