Employees must self-inspect occupational safety and hygiene

This is the content stipulated in Circular 07/2016/TT-BLDTBXH which prescribes certain contents on organizing the implementation of occupational safety and hygiene work for production and business establishments.

Circular 07/2016/TT-BLDTBXH stipulates the self-inspection requirements for occupational safety and sanitation by employers as follows:

- Employers must establish and implement self-inspections of occupational safety and sanitation within their production and business establishments.- The specific content, form, and timing of self-inspections are to be proactively determined by employers in accordance with the guidance provided in Appendix I issued with Circular 07/2016/TT-BLDTBXH.- For production and business establishments operating in the sectors specified in Article 8 of Circular 07/2016/TT-BLDTBXH, employers must conduct a comprehensive inspection at least once every six months at the production and business establishment level, and once every three months at the workshop, team, or equivalent production unit level.- For production and business establishments operating in sectors other than those specified in Article 8 of Circular 07/2016/TT-BLDTBXH, employers must conduct a comprehensive inspection at least once a year at the production and business establishment level, and once every six months at the workshop, team, or equivalent production unit level.
