According to the provisions of Clause 7, Article 1 of Circular 40/2019/TT-BTC amending Clause 3, Article 10 of Circular 152/2016/TT-BTC stipulating allowances for teachers and vocational trainers participating in primary level training and training under 03 months:

- Regular teachers working at state training institutions: Apply the salary level and allowances according to the salary of lecturers and teachers currently receiving;- Vocational trainers not working at state training institutions: The expenditure level is proposed by the head of the agency assigned to preside over the formulation of the order unit price, not exceeding the level specified at Point a, Clause 2, Article 5 of Circular 36/2018/TT-BTC dated March 30, 2018, of the Ministry of Finance guiding the estimation, management, and use of funds from the state budget for training and retraining officials.
