  • The classification levels for films have been adjusted into 04 more specific categories since January 1, 2017. Vietnam allows the dissemination of films with the condition of prohibiting dissemination to audiences under 13 years old (C13), under 16 years old (C16), or under 18 years old (C18) if the film contains content that is not suitable for the psychological, physiological development, or personality formation of each age group.

  • I am working as a security guard at a commercial center in Hanoi. When I started working, there was only an oral agreement between me and the employer regarding the salary. The agreement includes a two-month working period, and the accompanying policies. Can this agreement be considered an employment contract?
