To replace certain forms on conditions for vocational education accreditation operation in Vietnam

On February 13, 2023, the Government of Vietnam issued Decree 4/2023/ND-CP amending Decrees related to business investment conditions and administrative procedures under the state management of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

According to Vietnam's Decree 4/2023/ND-CP, the forms on conditions for vocational education quality accreditation operations specified in Decree 49/2018/ND-CP will be replaced as follows:
- Replacing Forms 01 and 02 in the Appendix attached to Decree 49/2018/ND-CP with Form No. 01 in Appendix I to Vietnam's Decree 4/2023/ND-CP.
- Replacing Forms 03, 04, 05 in the Appendix attached to Decree 49/2018/ND-CP with Forms 02, 03, 04 in Appendix I attached to Vietnam's Decree 4/2023/ND-CP respectively.
- Replacing Form No. 08, 09 in the Appendix attached to Decree 49/2018/ND-CP with Form No. 05 in Appendix I attached to Vietnam's Decree 4/2023/ND-CP.
