To amend the application for certificate of professional training for ship security officers in Vietnam

Amending and supplementing the composition and number of dossiers requesting a certificate of professional training for ship security officers and company security officers at Point a, Clause 3, Article 6 of Circular 27/2011/TT-BGTVT as follows:

Application by organization or individual according to Form No. 1, Form No. 2 in Appendix XVII issued with Circular 27/2023/TT-BGTVT;

01 color photo sized 4 x 6 taken within 06 months from the date taken to the date of application submission (on the back of the photo, write full name and date of birth).

Note: The application form to attend the professional training course for ship security officers and company security officers is as follows:

- Form No. 1: is an application form for organizations.

- Form No. 2: is an application form for individuals.

Replace and supplement a number of appendices to the Circular in the field of registration of inland waterway vehicles and seagoing vessels in Vietnam

Specifically, supplement Appendix XVII issued with Circular 27/2011/TT-BGTVT with Appendix I issued with Circular 27/2023/TT-BGTVT.

Replace Appendix III and Appendix IV issued with Circular 49/2015/TT-BGTVT, respectively, with Appendix II and Appendix III issued with Circular 27/2023/TT-BGTVT.

In which:

- Appendix I: Application form to attend the professional training course for ship security officers and company security officers

- Appendix II: Form of application for recognition/re-recognition of an upgrade to the rank of inland waterway vehicle registrar.

- Appendix III: Sample professional resume of the person proposed to be recognized as a surveyor

Circular 27/2023/TT-BGTVT takes effect on September 29, 2023.
