The Government of Vietnam to require review and streamline of the training institutions for law graduates

Specifically, in order to promote the role of the Government of Vietnam in building a professional, modern, fair, strict, and integrity judiciary, serving the Fatherland and the People, the Government requires that it improve the quality of judicial human resource training; review and rationalize the training institutions for bachelor of law.

In addition, clearly define the standard system of professional expertise, political bravery, ethical qualities, professional responsibility, legal, economic, and social knowledge, and practical experience for each judicial title and human resource.

In addition, it also expands resources and promotes the implementation of the recruitment mechanism to appoint judicial positions; renewing policies, salary regimes, appointment deadlines, and ensuring mechanisms for judicial staff to work with peace of mind, with integrity, fairness, and professionalism, and to meet task requirements in the new situation in Vietnam.

In addition to the above content, the Government of Vietnam also offers a number of other tasks and solutions, as follows:

- Improve the criminal judgment execution mechanism towards further improving the efficiency of educational management, inmate re-education, management, supervision, and education of criminal judgment debtors in the community;...

- Complete the mechanism to improve the quality and efficiency of civil and administrative judgment enforcement in the direction of shortening time and minimizing costs;

- Perfect the institution of lawyers and law practice, ensuring that lawyers well perform their rights, obligations, and responsibilities as prescribed by law;

- Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of state management and self-management responsibilities of socio-professional organizations towards lawyers, strengthen discipline and discipline in law practice activities;

- Continue to improve the mechanism for mobilizing resources to socialize and develop the fields of notarization, conciliation, arbitration, bailiffs, and judicial expertise;...
