Papers and documents within the scope of digitization in the Vietnam Social Insurance sector in Vietnam

Papers and documents within the scope of digitization in the Vietnam Social Insurance sector in Vietnam are as follows:

- Documents are components of documents that organizations and individuals submit to carry out administrative procedures, including the following types:

(1) Document components are the results of previous administrative procedures;

(2) Document components must be digitized according to the provisions of the law on social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and related regulations;

(3) Components of documents that need to be digitized according to the management requirements of Vietnam Social Security: comply with the decision promulgating the list of administrative procedures, documents, and papers under the jurisdiction of Vietnam Social Security to be digitized;

(4) Document components do not belong to the types mentioned in (1), (2), and (3) and are digitized according to the needs of organizations and individuals during the process of implementing administrative procedures.

The documents in (1) and (2) above are submitted in one of the following forms: original; electronic copies are issued from the original book; electronic copies are certified from the original; The electronic copy has the original for comparison during the process of resolving administrative procedures.

The documents in (3) above were made according to the list and instructions from Vietnam Social Security.

Results of verification, verification, and responses to opinions of agencies and units participating in the process of resolving administrative procedures (if they are paper copies), unless otherwise prescribed by specialized laws.

Papers and documents are not within the scope of digitization in the Vietnam Social Insurance sector

Papers and documents that are not within the scope of digitization in the Vietnam Social Insurance sector include:

- Has been shared in data form and has legal value by national databases, specialized databases, the National Public Service Portal, and the Administrative Procedures Resolution Information System at the ministerial and provincial levels;

- Documents that are part of the dossier for handling administrative procedures are paper copies submitted in the form of photocopies or certified copies, except for documents that are part of the dossier that need to be digitized according to the management requirements of Vietnam Social Security specified in (3) above or an electronic copy certified from the original according to regulations;

- Papers and documents are only required to be presented when submitting administrative procedures documents;

- Confidential papers and documents according to the provisions of law.
