Modification and Supplementation of 52 Documents on Land, Business, and Construction

On July 25, 2017, the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam signed Decision No.1078/QD-TTg to publish the List of documents to be amended, supplemented, or newly promulgated in the fields of land, construction, housing, investment, and business. In which there are:

- 28 Decrees of the Government of Vietnam. For example:- The Decree amending and supplementing Decree 43/2014/ND-CP guiding the Law on Land;- The Decree amending and supplementing Decree 109/2010/ND-CP on rice export business;- Decree 78/2015/ND-CP on enterprise registration.- 02 Decisions of the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam such as:- Decision guiding the interest rate compensation due to the implementation of credit policy according to Decree 100/2015/ND-CP;- Decision 178/2001/QD-TTg on the benefits and obligations of households and individuals who are leased forests and forestry land.- 22 Circulars of the Ministers of Ministries. For example:- Circular 24/2014/TT-BTNMT on cadastral records;- Circular amending Circular 110/2015/TT-BTC on electronic transactions on taxes;- Circular guiding the Decree amending and supplementing the Decrees on land levy, land rent, and water surface rent.
