Regarding the task of reviewing and drafting other relevant legal documents for the implementation of the Law on Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue:

- Decree regulating administrative sanctions in the field of fire prevention, fighting, and rescue

+ Lead agency: Ministry of Public Security.

+ Coordinating agencies: Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies affiliated with the Government of Vietnam, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities.

+ Submission timeline to the Government of Vietnam: Before April 15, 2025.

- Circular by the Minister of Public Security on implementing democracy in the work of fire prevention, fighting, and rescue by the People's Public Security force

+ Lead agency: Ministry of Public Security.

+ Coordinating agencies: Relevant agencies and organizations.

+ Issuance timeline: Before May 15, 2025.

- Circular by the Minister of Finance amending and supplementing Circular 258/2016/TT-BCA dated November 11, 2016, of the Minister of Finance on prescribing levels, collection policies, payment, management, and use of appraisal fees for fire prevention and fighting design approval and Circular 02/2021/TT-BTC of the Minister of Finance on prescribing levels, collection policies, payment, management, and use of inspection fees for fire prevention and fighting vehicles

+ Lead agency: Ministry of Finance.

+ Coordinating agencies: Relevant agencies and organizations.

+ Issuance timeline: Before May 15, 2025.

- Circular by the Minister of Education and Training amending and supplementing regulations on guiding the provision of knowledge and skills in fire prevention, fighting, and rescue for students in educational institutions

+ Lead agency: Ministry of Education and Training.

+ Coordinating agencies: Relevant agencies and organizations.

+ Issuance timeline: Before May 15, 2025.

- Promulgation, amendment, and supplementation of regulations on equipment, fire prevention and fighting devices, and technical solutions to enhance fire safety for constructions not meeting fire prevention and fighting requirements

+ Lead agency: Ministry managing specialized construction works as per construction laws (Ministries managing Construction and Transportation, Agriculture and Rural Development, Industry and Trade, National Defense).

+ Coordinating agencies: Ministry of Public Security, relevant agencies.

+ Completion timeline: According to the schedule prescribed by the Government of Vietnam.

- Decisions by the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities to classify, establish, and publish lists of facilities not meeting fire prevention and fighting requirements and unable to rectify according to standards and technical regulations at the time of operation before the Law on Fire Prevention, Fighting, and Rescue takes effect in their managed areas; Decisions by the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities on improving and upgrading urban areas not ensuring transportation infrastructure or water sources for firefighting according to legal and technical regulations in fire prevention and fighting activities; Decisions by centrally run city's People’s Committees to identify areas not ensuring transportation infrastructure or water sources for firefighting according to legal and technical regulations in fire prevention, fighting activities

+ Lead agency: People's Committees of provinces, centrally run cities.

+ Completion timeline: According to the schedule prescribed by the Government of Vietnam.
