- The birth of the Communist Party of Vietnam with its first Political Platform opened a new era for the Vietnamese revolution - a period of struggle for national independence moving towards socialism. The first platform of the Communist Party identified the most fundamental contents of Vietnam's revolutionary path; it met the urgent needs of history and became a flag to gather, unite various communist organizations, revolutionary forces, and the entire nation.

- The founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam was an extremely important turning point in the history of the Vietnamese revolution, determining the nation's development and ending the crisis in the leadership and organizational direction of Vietnam's early 20th-century patriotic movement. It was the result of the movement, development, and unification of the revolutionary movement across the country; meticulous preparation in all aspects by Leader Nguyen Ai Quoc and the united consensus of pioneering fighters for the interests of the class and the nation.

- The birth of the Communist Party of Vietnam was the result of combining Marxism-Leninism with the labor movement and Vietnam's patriotic movement; it demonstrated that the Vietnamese working class had matured and was capable of leading the revolution.

- The founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam and its principle that the Vietnamese revolution was part of the global revolutionary movement garnered substantial international support, combining national strength with the strength of the times to achieve glorious victories; simultaneously, it made positive contributions to the struggle for peace, national independence, and the progress of humanity worldwide.

Purpose and requirements for propagating the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam

Propagate widely among officials, party members, and the populace about the glorious history of the Communist Party of Vietnam over 95 years of build-up and growth; nearly 40 years of initiating and leading the country's renovation; affirming the position, role, prestige, leadership capacity, and fighting strength of the Communist Party throughout Vietnam's 95-year revolutionary journey;

Affirm that our Party always remains infinitely loyal to the interests of the nation, the people, and the class, steadfastly committed to the goal and ideal of national independence linked with socialism on the basis of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's thoughts.

- Encourage and foster the trust and pride of the people in the Communist Party, the State, and the country's renovation initiated and led by the Communist Party; enhance the national great unity strength, create public consensus on the Party's policies and State laws; motivate officials, party members, and people to overcome every difficulty, seize opportunities, strive to successfully implement the Resolutions of the Party congresses at all levels for the 2020 - 2025 term, the 13th Congress of the Communist Party, and Vietnam's strategic revolutionary objectives, leading the country into a new era - the era of Vietnam's resurgency.

- Propaganda activities should be organized practically, effectively, economically, with new, widespread, focused content and form linked with propagating the summary of Resolution 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017, by the 12th Central Executive Committee and the reorganization of the streamlined political system apparatus that operates effectively and efficiently;

Enhance the leadership capacity and ruling capacity of the Communist Party; implement economic - social - defense - security development tasks and propagate the Party congresses at various levels towards the 14th Congress of the Communist Party; create an enthusiastic atmosphere, emulating for new achievements to celebrate the country's renovation, the glorious Communist Party, and the year of the Snake.
