On the evaluation of hospital quality:

- The evaluation content is implemented according to the Vietnam Hospital Quality Criteria set attached to Decision 6858/QD-BYT dated November 18, 2016;- Evaluation guidelines are available on the online software at the link: http://tieuchi.chatluongbenhvien.vn;- Hospitals apply the criteria from part A to part D (except criterion A4.4 which does not apply to public hospitals without private investment in medical equipment and private hospitals).

On surveying patient and medical staff satisfaction:

- Survey inpatient and outpatient satisfaction according to sample forms No. 1 and 2;- Survey medical staff satisfaction according to sample form No. 3;- The survey method is conducted by the hospital itself;- Hospitals input survey data into the online software at the link: http://chatluongbenhvien.vn.

Official Dispatch 1626/KCB-QLCL is effective from the date of signing.
