Conditions for using Public Asset Management Software from August 27, 2023 in Vietnam

The conditions for using Public Asset Management Software are as follows:

- Computers must be connected to the Internet and updated with operating system security patches; anti-virus software must be installed and regularly updated with new virus sample identifications.

- Information entered into the software must use the Unicode font TCVN 6909:2001 to type Vietnamese accents. Documents using a font system other than Unicode TCVN 6909:2001 must be converted to Unicode TCVN 6909:2001 font format before loading into the software.

- Each data entry unit specified in Point a, Clause 1, Article 8 of Circular 48/2023/TT-BTC is granted an account by the Ministry of Finance (Department of Public Asset Management) (including: login name and password) and decentralizes management and use rights to access the software.

- Each data entry unit specified in Points b and c, Clause 1, Article 8 of Circular 48/2023/TT-BTC shall have an account created by the manager (including: login name and password) and user authorization to access the software. The accounts used by officials are approved by the Ministry of Finance (Department of Public Asset Management).

- Ensuring quality access to the software, it is recommended that computers meet the following conditions:

+ Computer configuration: minimum 2-core processor, minimum speed of 2 GHz; minimum RAM memory of 8GB.

+ Mozilla Firefox 100+, Google Chrome 100+, Safari 13+, and above.

+ Windows 10 operating system or equivalent operating systems or higher.

Types of public assets update information into the Public Asset Management Software

Types of public assets that update information into the Public Asset Management Software include:

- Public assets at state agencies, public service units, Communist Party of Vietnam agencies, Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, socio-political-professional organizations, social organizations, socio-professional organizations, and other organizations established according to the provisions of the law on associations

- Assets serving the operation of projects using state capital.

- Property is established as ownership by the entire people.
