Application documents for recognition of animal disease-free facilities in Vietnam

This is the content of the Circular 24/2022/TT-BNNPTNT December 30, 2022 on animal disease-free facilities and zones.

Application documents for recognition of animal disease-free facilities in Vietnam are as follows:

- The owner of the facility registering for recognition of animal disease safety shall submit 01 set of documents to the Veterinary Authority in one of the following forms: directly, via online public service, or by postal service.

- Application dossier for recognition of animal disease-free facilities includes:

+ Registration form according to the form in Appendix I issued with Circular 24/2022/TT-BNNPTNT;

+ A description of information about the facility registering for recognition of animal disease safety according to the form in Appendix III issued with Circular 24/2022/TT-BNNPTNT.

- In cases where the facility does not meet the requirements as prescribed in Point c, Clause 5, Article 16, the facility owner sends a report to correct errors to the Veterinary Authority as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 13 of Circular 24/2022/TT-BNNPTNT.
