Amendments to documents on implementing state foreign exchange reserve management tasks in Vietnam

The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam issued a Circular amending and supplementing a number of articles of legal documents regulating the implementation of state foreign exchange reserve management tasks, including:

- Amend, supplement and replace a number of phrases, points, clauses, and articles of Circular 01/2014/TT-NHNN guiding the organization and implementation of state foreign exchange reserve management activities;

- Amend, supplement and replace a number of phrases, points, and clauses of Circular 06/2013/TT-NHNN guiding the purchase and sale of gold bars on the domestic market of the State Bank of Vietnam;

- Replace the phrase in Circular 26/2021/TT-NHNN guiding foreign currency transactions between the State Bank of Vietnam and credit institutions licensed to operate foreign exchange;

- Replace and abolish a number of phrases and clauses of Circular 32/2018/TT-NHNN guiding the State Bank's foreign currency conversion process for projects committed to guarantee and support foreign currency conversion by the Government;

- Add phrases in Circular 38/2013/TT-NHNN on translating accounting documents written in foreign languages when used to record accounting books, how to write numbers on accounting documents, and storing electronic documents at the State Bank of Vietnam;

- Amend and supplement Clause 3, Article 1 of Circular 39/2013/TT-NHNN on the determination, appropriation, management, and use of risk provisions of the State Bank of Vietnam;

- Amend and supplement Article 12 of Circular 25/2020/TT-NHNN on Procedures for circulating, controlling, comparing and collecting accounting documents in the system "Core banking, accounting, budgeting and system integration" at the State Bank of Vietnam;

- Amend, supplement, and replace a number of phrases and articles of Circular 26/2013/TT-NHNN on promulgating the fee schedule for payment services through the State Bank of Vietnam;

- Amend, supplement, and annul a number of clauses in Circular 15/2020/TT-NHNN, amending and supplementing a number of articles in Circular 26/2013/TT-NHNN on promulgating the fee schedule for payment services through the State Bank of Vietnam;

- Amend, supplement, and replace a number of phrases and clauses in the State Bank's annual settlement regime issued together with Decision 1710/2005/QD-NHNN;

- Amend, supplement, and replace a number of phrases and points of the Financial Reporting Regime for the State Bank of Vietnam issued together with Decision 23/2008/QD-NHNN.
