According to Guideline 175-HD/BTGTW from 2024, the Central Propaganda and Training Commission provides guidance for propaganda activities celebrating the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025) and welcoming the year of the Snake with the following 17 propaganda slogans:

(1) Warmly welcome the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025)!

(2) The Communist Party of Vietnam - The leader and organizer of every victory of the Vietnamese revolution!

(3) A strong Communist Party, a developing country, an eternal nation!

(4) The entire Party, people, and army strive to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party!

(5) Remain steadfast towards the goals of national independence and socialism!

(6) Welcome the party congresses at all levels proceeding to the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party!

(7) Build a clean, strong, and comprehensive Communist Party and political system!

(8) The Communist Party closely connects with the People, relying on the People to build the Party!

(9) The People are the source of the Party's strength!

(10) The people know, the people discuss, the people act, the people inspect, the people supervise, the people enjoy!

(11) Our Party embodies ethics, civilization!

(12) Streamlining of the political system's organizational apparatus, effective and efficient operation is urgent, without delay!

(13) Streamlining the Party's organizational apparatus to be a true intellectual core, the "general staff," a pioneering leadership body of the State!

(14) All for the goal of a prosperous people, a strong country, democracy, justice, and civilization!

(15) Long live the glorious Communist Party of Vietnam!

(16) Long live the Socialist Republic of Vietnam!

(17) The great President Ho Chi Minh lives forever in our cause!

Purpose and requirements of the propaganda activities celebrating the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam

- Conduct extensive propaganda for officials, party members, and the general public on the glorious history of the Communist Party of Vietnam over 95 years of building and growing; nearly 40 years of initiating and leading the national renewal process; affirming the position, role, prestige, leadership capacity, and fighting strength of the Party throughout the 95-year journey of the Vietnamese revolution;

Affirm that our Party has always been unconditionally loyal to the interests of the nation, the people, and the class, steadfast in the goals and ideals of national independence linked with socialism based on Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought.

- Inspire and nurture the people's confidence and pride in the Party, the State, and the national renewal initiated and led by the Party; strengthen the unity of the entire nation, build societal consensus on the Party's guidelines, and State's policies and laws; encourage and motivate officials, party members, and the public to overcome all difficulties and challenges, seize opportunities, and strive to successfully implement the resolutions from the party congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term, the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party, and the strategic goals of the Vietnamese revolution, leading the country into a new era - the era of the nation's resurgence.

- Propaganda activities need to be organized practically, effectively, economically with new content and forms, having widespread impact and focusing on summarizing Resolution 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017, of the 12th Central Committee and arranging a streamlined, efficient, and effective political system apparatus;

Enhancing the leadership and governance capacity of the Communist Party; implementing socio-economic development, national defense, and security tasks, and propagating the party congresses at all levels progressing to the 14th Congress of the Party; creating an exhilarating atmosphere, encouraging competition to celebrate the nation's renewal, the glorious Communist Party, and the spring of the Snake.
