Recently, the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam issued Circular No. 22/2020/TT-BLĐTBXH abolishing a number of legislative documents issued and jointly issued by the Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam.
According to the Circular No. 22/2020/TT-BLĐTBXH of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam, a number of prominent documents in the field of vocational education have been completely abolished from February 15, 2021, including:
- Circular No. 30/2009/TT-BLĐTBXH dated September 09, 2009 stipulates the English subject program taught to vocational students at intermediate and college levels;
- Circular No. 45/2009/TT-BLĐTBXH dated December 31, 2009 guiding the emulation and commendation for pupils and students in vocational training institutions;
- Circular No. 27/2012/TT-BLĐTBXH dated November 12, 2012 promulgates a list of vocational training equipment at intermediate vocational level and college level for the professions of tourist guide; travel management; restaurant operations - restaurant management; cooking techniques; hotel management; resort management; computer network administration; computer programmer;
- Circular No. 08/2014/TT-BLĐTBXH dated April 22, 2014 promulgates programs and textbooks of legal subjects used in training at vocational intermediate level and vocational college level;
- Circular No. 08/2015/TT-BLĐTBXH dated February 27, 2015 promulgates programs and curriculums on national defense and security education for intermediate vocational and college levels;
