13 expenses in mediation and dialogue at Court applied from January 01, 2021 in Vietnam

Recently, the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam has issued the Circular No. 92/2020/TT-BTC stipulating the estimation, management, use and settlement of funds for mediation and dialogue at Court.

Circular No. 92/2020/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam stipulates expenses in conducting mediation and dialogue at Court, including:

- Expenditure on organizing training and retraining courses;

- Expenditure on information and communication on mediation and dialogue activities at Court;

- Expenditure on organizing conferences, exchanging professional knowledge and experiences related to mediation and dialogue activities at Court;

- Expenditure on rewards for collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the work of mediation and dialogue at Court;

- Expenditure on procurement of equipment and means for mediation and dialogue activities at Court;

- Expenditure on stationery, drinking water and other direct administrative expenses related to the mediation case;

- Expenditure on the organization to select people to be included in the list of people eligible to participate in training to obtain certificates of professional training of mediators and appointed mediators;

- Payment of remuneration to mediators;

- Expenditure on making cards for mediators;

- Payment of wages for working at night and overtime for Judges, Clerks and Court’s employees when performing tasks to support mediation and dialogue at Court;
