Prime Minister of Vietnam to adjust several land use quotas by 2025 

According to the Decision, adjustments to several land use quotas by 2025 are assigned by the Prime Minister of Vietnam in Decision No. 326/QD-TTg dated March 9, 2022 to provinces, centrally affiliated cities, and the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam (details are in the Appendix enclosed with Decision No. 227/QD-TTg dated March 12, 2024); the remaining land use quotas shall comply with Decision No. 326/QD-TTg dated March 9, 2022 of the Prime Minister of Vietnam. 

Adjustments to several land use quotas by 2025 of provinces, centrally affiliated cities, and the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam shall not change the objectives, spatial orientations, visions, land use quotas, and projects that have been determined in the provincial planning during 2021-2030, with a vision toward 2050. 

Specifically, several land use quotas to be adjusted by 2025 of Dien Bien province are adjusted in the Appendix enclosed with Decision No. 227/QD-TTg dated March 12, 2024 as follows: 

- The land use quota to be adjusted by 2025 regarding agricultural land of Dien Bien province is 893.853 hectares;

(Previously, according to Decision No. 326/QD-TTg dated March 9, 2022, it was 893.904 hectares) 

- The land use quota to be adjusted by 2025 regarding non-agricultural land of Dien Bien province is 31.662 hectares;

(Previously, according to Decision No. 326/QD-TTg dated March 9, 2022, it was 31.611 hectares) 

- The land use quota to be adjusted by 2025 regarding security land of Dien Bien province is 458 hectares;

(Previously, according to Decision No. 326/QD-TTg dated March 9, 2022, it was 365 hectares)
