Amendments to regulations on the salary scale of the court sector and the position allowance coefficient in Vietnam

Resolution 66/2025/UBTVQH15 amends several contents of the Notes in the professional salary scale of the Court sector and the Prosecution sector issued as follows:

- Replace the phrase “Thẩm phán cao cấp” with “Thẩm phán Tòa án nhân dân bậc 3” in the first bullet point of section 1 and section 8.

- Replace the phrase “Thẩm phán Tòa án nhân dân cấp tỉnh” with “Thẩm phán Tòa án nhân dân bậc 2” in the second bullet point of section 1.

- Replace the phrase “Thẩm phán Tòa án nhân dân cấp huyện” with “Thẩm phán Tòa án nhân dân bậc 1” in the third bullet point of section 1 and section 4.

- Replace the phrase “Thư ký Tòa án” with “Thư ký viên” in the third bullet point of section 1 and section 5.

- Add the phrase “Thư ký viên cao cấp” after the phrase “Thẩm tra viên cao cấp” in the first bullet point of section 1.

- Add the phrase “Thư ký viên chính” after the phrase “Thẩm tra viên chính” in the second bullet point of section 1.

- Supplement to section 7 content: “Thẩm phán cao cấp, Thẩm phán trung cấp, Thẩm phán sơ cấp when converted to Thẩm phán Tòa án nhân dân bậc 3, Thẩm phán Tòa án nhân dân bậc 2, Thẩm phán Tòa án nhân dân bậc 1, are reclassified to a salary level corresponding to their current salary coefficient.”

Additionally, amendments and supplements are made to the titles and allowance coefficients in items g and i of point 11, section I of the position allowance table for State leaders and full-time National Assembly deputies:

- Director of Department under the High-level People's Court – Coefficient 0.90

- Deputy Director of Department under the High-level People's Court – Coefficient 0.70
