Delegates are provided with support for meals and accommodation during the Congress, one day before the opening and one day after the closing.

Accommodation expenses for delegates attending the national patriotic emulation congress are stipulated as follows:

- Delegates from afar, who register for concentrated accommodation, will be arranged to stay at the hotel organized by the Organizing Committee (during the congress and 1 day before and after the congress);- The Organizing Committee of the congress will pay the accommodation expenses for delegates according to the spending levels specified in Circular 97/2010/TT-BTC;- For foreign guests and overseas Vietnamese attending the congress: The Organizing Committee of the congress will pay for their accommodation based on the actual invoice amount, but not exceeding 1,700,000 VND/person/day.- For service forces (security, protection, medical, drivers, receptionists, etc.): In cases where the competent authority approves the congress organizing scheme and agrees to arrange concentrated meals and accommodation during the congress days, the accommodation expenses will be as specified in Circular 97/2010/TT-BTC. No payment will be made if concentrated meals and accommodation are not organized.
