On December 31, 2024, the Minister of Transport of Vietnam issued Circular 67/2024/TT-BGTVT promulgating the norms for estimating excavation and removal of landslide soil and rock in efforts to remedy natural disaster consequences and ensure transportation on roadways.
Excavation and clearing of landslides in the context of disaster recovery, ensuring traffic safety on roads (hereinafter referred to as landslide excavation and clearing activities) is an operation carried out immediately when the disaster subsides or immediately after the weather returns to normal, aiming to restore traffic operations as quickly as possible, ensuring safe and uninterrupted traffic.
The content of cost estimate norms for excavation and clearing of landslides in disaster recovery, ensuring traffic safety on roads is as follows:
The cost estimate norms for landslide excavation and clearing work include: code, work name, unit of measure, work component, and a table of cost norms, in which:
- The work component specifies the content of the steps from preparation to completion of landslide excavation and clearing work according to the specific technical conditions and construction methods.
- The table of cost norms includes:
+ Labor cost norms: the number of labor days of direct workers and support workers needed to complete one unit of landslide excavation and clearing work from preparation to completion. The labor cost is calculated in labor days according to worker grade; the worker grade is the average grade of direct workers and support workers participating in executing one unit of landslide excavation and clearing work.
+ Construction machinery cost norms: the number of operating shifts of construction machinery to complete one unit of landslide excavation and clearing work.
