It is projected that by the year 2020, the assessment of the job performance of officials and public employees will be based on new criteria. This regulation is mentioned in the Draft Law amending and supplementing certain provisions of the Law on Officials and the Law on Public Employees developed by the Ministry of Home Affairs of Vietnam.

Article 56. Content of official evaluation 1.
