| Not seeing the "Pay" button on the aspiration registration interface | - At that time, the candidate does not belong to the province/city that is open according to the schedule of aspiration fee submission 2024. - Or the payment system is overloaded and needs to be temporarily hidden to avoid congestion. |
| Not having a bank account/e-wallet | - Go to a transaction point of the bank/e-wallet to register an account. In case the candidate is in remote areas, they can go to VNPT Post or Viettel Post points to register a wallet account as well as deposit money or make a payment. - Or ask someone else to make the payment. |
| Having a bank account but not registered for e-banking services | Contact the bank to register for the service or ask someone else to make the payment. |
| Receiving a deduction notification from the bank account/e-wallet being used but not receiving a successful notification on the admission registration system | Contact the Hotline number of the payment channel or the admission registration system hotline to report and get support for checking (the deducted money of this transaction will be refunded later). |
| Successfully completing the transaction but not automatically returning to the admission registration system screen or returning but requiring login | Log back into the admission registration system to check the transaction payment status: A successful transaction status means the candidate has completed the fee payment obligation. |
