- For Departments of Education and Training: Actively review and assess the extent of damage to school infrastructure, teaching equipment, textbooks, and learning materials caused by typhoons and floods to develop recovery plans and report to competent authorities.

Promptly support students, policy families, and students in difficult circumstances affected by rain and typhoons to quickly stabilize their studies; implement solutions to ensure safe and effective teaching in schools.

Coordinate with local textbook supply units to promptly provide additional textbooks for students, ensuring a sufficient supply of textbooks and helping students quickly stabilize their studies.

- For textbook publishing and distribution units:

The Ministry of Education and Training requires proactive coordination with localities to promptly assess the extent of textbook damage due to the impact of Typhoon No. 3 and to urgently reprint and supply textbooks for teachers and students; prioritize students in entry and exit grades; ensure no shortage of textbook supply.

Within the capability of units, publishers should coordinate with Departments of Education and Training to actively support textbooks, notebooks, and learning materials for students from policy families and those severely affected by rain and typhoons to quickly stabilize their studies.
