Failing to comply with orders or instructions of traffic controllers or traffic inspectors

Useing an umbrella, cell phone, or audio device, except hearing aids while operating a vehicle

Going in the opposite direction on a one-way street, going in the opposite direction on a road with a sign "No going in the opposite direction"

Failing to yield or obstructing vehicles with the right of way and displaying priority signals while performing official duties.

Using a kickstand or other object to wipe the road while the vehicle is running;

Driving a vehicle at a speed exceeding the prescribed speed limit of more than 20 km/h;
