- Individuals and groups of Vietnamese people residing abroad; individuals and groups of foreigners; and foreign agencies, organizations, and international organizations in Vietnam that are rewarded will receive rewards in kind and accompanied by souvenirs of equivalent value according to the provisions of Articles 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, and Article 59 of Decree 98/2023/ND-CP.

- The bonus level for certificates of merit of political organizations and political-social organizations at the provincial level is regulated by the central agency of these organizations to ensure balance with the bonus level for emulation titles and the form of reward as specified in Decree 98/2023/ND-CP.
