According to Clause 3, Article 5 of Circular 15/2020/TT-BGTVT, during the entire toll collection process, the toll collection unit must publicly disclose the information on the electronic signboard (VMS sign) installed at the toll station operation area, including: the project name, the project’s work value (if the project has not been settled, the announcement shall be based on the total investment level), the total toll collection duration, the start time of collection, the remaining collection time, the previous month's revenue of the toll station (revenue data to be updated no later than the 10th of the following month), and a phone number for receiving feedback.

Additionally, the collection unit must publicly announce continuously 5 days in advance and post it at the toll station when starting the collection organization about the start time of toll collection, the location of the toll station, the collection technology, the collection method, the collection subjects, the toll rates, and the subjects exempted or reduced from toll charges.
