Recently, the Ministry of Home Affairs has issued Circular 10/2018/TT-BNV regulating the professional title codes for public employees specializing in vocational education.

Position codes for lecturers and vocational education teachers are prescribed as follows:

For lecturers

- Senior vocational education lecturer (Grade I) - Code: V.09.02.01;- Principal vocational education lecturer (Grade II) - Code: V.09.02.02;- Theoretical vocational education lecturer (Grade III) - Code: V.09.02.03;- Practical vocational education lecturer (Grade III) - Code: V.09.02.04.
