- For officials currently graded in the senior clerical specialist salary grade and equivalent: Adjust to the senior clerical salary grade (code 02.006);- For officials currently graded in the clerical specialist salary grade and equivalent: Adjust to the clerical salary grade (code 02.007);- For officials currently graded in the subordinate clerical salary grade and equivalent or officials currently graded in the clerical employee salary grade with an educational level from intermediate or higher: Adjust to the intermediate clerical salary grade (code 02.008).
