Recently, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issued Circular 08/2018/TT-BNNPTNT stipulating the work of emulation and commendation in the Agriculture and Rural Development sector. Notably, the content stipulates the title of "Emulation Soldier".

- The standards for the title of Emulation Soldier at all levels are implemented in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 Decree 91/2017/ND-CP;- Individuals proposed for the title of grassroots, departmental, or national Emulation Soldier must have initiatives or scientific research topics that have been recognized for their application effectiveness and corresponding impact scope;- The timing to consider the title of “BNNPTNT Emulation Soldier” is carried out in the same year as the third time being awarded the title of “Grassroots Emulation Soldier”;- The timing to consider the title of “National Emulation Soldier” is the year immediately following the second time being awarded the title of “BNNPTNT Emulation Soldier”.

Additionally, the Appendix issued with this Circular regulates the sample documents for the reward proposal dossiers.
