Here are the notable contents of Official Telegram 1212/CD-BYT of the Ministry of Health on strengthening the resolute prevention and control of COVID-19 infection in medical examination and treatment facilities, particularly for high-risk groups.
To minimize the consequences of the pandemic and ensure community safety, the Ministry of Health advises and specifically informs families with elderly people, individuals with underlying health conditions, and other high-risk cases to limit going outside, visiting public areas, and contact with others. In case of health issues, they must immediately contact local health services, wards, or family doctors.
Especially, in cases of genuine necessity or emergency, only then should they go to medical facilities for examination and treatment. Always use face masks when leaving the house and regularly wash hands with soap or disinfectant solution.
Additionally, it is required to complete electronic health declarations or electronic records, with priority given to declaring for individuals aged 60 and above and those with underlying health conditions, non-communicable diseases, or other health conditions.
