The Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam has just issued Directive 19/CT-TTg on Continuing the Implementation of Measures to Prevent and Control the Covid-19 Pandemic in the New Situation.
The Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam requests relevant ministries, agencies, and People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities to continue directing the implementation of measures:
- Continue to suspend festival activities, religious ceremonies, sports tournaments, and events with large gatherings in public places, stadiums, and other non-essential large events;- Temporarily suspend the operations of non-essential service businesses (entertainment areas, beauty services, karaoke, massage, etc.) and other business establishments based on the decision or direction of the Chairman of the People's Committee;- Commercial service businesses (retail, lottery, hotels, accommodation, restaurants, eateries, etc.), sports training areas, historical sites, and tourist attractions are allowed to resume operations but must ensure safety measures for disease prevention and control;- …
