Ministry of Construction of Vietnam issues the Action Program on improving the business environment, enhancing national competitiveness in 2025

The action program of the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam sets out the main tasks and solutions, including:

Resolving legal inadequacies in implementing investment projects. Enhancing the quality of reforming the list of conditional business investment sectors and business conditions.

Moreover, addressing bottlenecks, developing breakthrough solutions regarding institutions, and preferential policy mechanisms to attract, transfer, and master high, new, and advanced technologies.

Innovating the management and specialized inspection of goods and effectively implementing the national single-window portal. Reducing and simplifying administrative procedures. Enhancing the application of information technology, connectivity, and data sharing among state agencies to improve the quality of administrative procedure regulations and the efficiency of administrative procedure resolution.

At the same time, enhancing the quality of business development services. Effectively organizing the inspection plan to ensure compliance with the law, democracy, transparency, objectivity, promptness, accuracy.

In addition, carrying out other tasks such as:

Regularly inspecting and supervising the progress and results of implementing the tasks in the Program. Organizing communication activities about improving the business environment within the scope of state management by the Ministry of Construction.

Proposing and advising cooperation with the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry and business associations in organizing dialogue activities with citizens and businesses to promptly capture policy feedback and address difficulties and obstacles, ensuring substantial dialogue and immediately resolving the difficulties and obstacles of businesses.

Researching and proposing innovations in receiving information and feedback from businesses and investors to prevent commercial and investment disputes.

Proposing solutions to improve the quality of service for citizens and businesses in implementing administrative procedures and public services.
