Criteria for consideration of awarding the "Advanced Labor" title by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs of Vietnam

The "Advanced Labor" title is awarded annually to individuals working at units under or directly managed by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam and meeting the following criteria:

- Successfully completing tasks based on evaluations and quality ratings of officials and public employees and workers by the competent authority according to the provisions of the Law on Officials 2008, the Law on Public Employees 2010, guiding documents, and other relevant documents.

- Being exemplary and compliant with the directives of the Communist Party, state policies and laws, and the internal regulations of the agency or unit.

- Actively engaging in political, cultural, professional, and social activities.

- Demonstrating self-reliance, unity, mutual support, and actively participating in emulation movements initiated by the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (hereinafter referred to as the Minister), heads of units, or other emulation movements launched by competent authorities as per regulations.

Criteria and entities to be awarded the "Emulation Flag of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam"

The criteria and entities to be awarded the "Emulation Flag of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam" are as follows:

- The "Emulation Flag of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam" is awarded annually to exemplary collectives leading emulation movements of clusters or blocks initiated by the Minister, meeting the standards specified in Clause 1, Article 26 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation 2022, including:

+ Administrative units assisting the Minister in performing state management functions and public service providers serving state management functions as stipulated by the Government of Vietnam;

+ Public service providers and other units under the Ministry established according to the provisions of law;

+ Departments of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of provinces and centrally managed cities.

- The "Emulation Flag of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam" is awarded to collectives leading thematic emulation movements initiated by the Minister with a duration of 03 years or more when summing up the emulation movement, ensuring the standards according to the Ministry's guidelines.
