Contents of further training in and updating knowledge and skills for leading and managerial officials at all levels in Vietnam

The contents of further training in and updating knowledge and skills for leading and managerial officials at all levels in Vietnam include:

- Results of final review of practice and development of theory about viewpoints and guidelines of CPV and knowledge contributing to improving capacity, thinking, vision, experience and skills in leadership, governing and management science; in formulation and completion of institutions and policies.

- New regulations promulgated in the CPV’s Resolutions and documents associated with the CPV’s guidelines, policies, leadership methods and governance; construction of CPV and political system; socio-economic development, development of national defense, security and foreign affairs at each level, agency, unit and local authority.

- World, regional, national and local situation.

- Experience of some developed countries; experience in addressing complex issues that arise from the management, governing and management.

Party committees, CPV organizations and leaders of agencies and units shall realize and provide guidance on the abovementioned contents in an appropriate manner and integrate them into training seminars for participants.

Further training in and updating of knowledge means the improvement and extension of new and necessary knowledge about political theory, construction of CPV and political system; leadership and management skills of officials to adapt to new situations (excluding professional training, further training for professional titles, state management, reserves, national defense and security knowledge, dissemination of Resolution, etc.).

Further training in and updating of knowledge and skills serve as a regime binding leading and managerial officials; one of the criteria for assessment of officials, Party committees and CPV organizations;
