Consolidated Document of the Land Law and Consolidated Document of the Health Insurance Law are Now Available

On December 10, 2018, the Office of the National Assembly officially promulgated the Consolidated Document of the Land Law No. 21/VBHN-VPQH and the Consolidated Document of the Health Insurance Law No. 46/VBHN-VPQH.

Consolidated Document of the Land Law unified from 02 Laws:

- Land Law 2013 effective from July 1, 2014;- Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 37 Laws related to planning in 2018, including the Land Law, effective from January 1, 2019.

Additionally, on December 10, 2018, the Consolidated Document of the Health Insurance Law was also issued, unifying 05 documents:

- Health Insurance Law 2008;- Law amending Enterprise Income Tax 2013;- Law amending Health Insurance 2014;- Law on Fees and Charges 2015;- Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 37 Laws related to planning in 2018.
