Company Debt Trading Manager Must Have a Criminal Record Certificate

This is one of the three conditions stipulated in Circular 53/2017/TT-BTC guiding Decree 69/2016/ND-CP on the conditions for debt trading service business.

At the time of appointment as a manager of a debt trading service enterprise, the manager must have the following documents:

- Judicial record card;- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in one of the fields: Economics, Business Administration, Law, or a professional field relevant to their position;- Commitment letter regarding full compliance with regulations pertaining to civil act capacity and work experience as stipulated in points a, c, d Clause 3 Article 5 of Decree 69/2016/ND-CP.

In addition, at the time of operation, a debt trading service enterprise must have internal management regulations concerning organization, and internal regulations on business activities promulgated by the competent authority of the enterprise as specified in the enterprise's charter.
