Application for professional serviceman in Vietnam

According to Circular 241/2017/TT-BQP of the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam, the application for the recruitment of professional serviceman or defense workers or defense public employees includes:

- Application form (according to Form No. 2 issued with Circular 241);

- Detailed résumé (according to Form No. 3);

- Copy of birth certificate;

- Notarized copy of degrees, technical and professional certificates, and full academic transcript.

If degrees and transcripts are issued by foreign educational institutions, they must be translated into Vietnamese and authenticated by a competent authority.

- Health certificate;

- 04 color photos (4x6cm).

For Vietnamese officials and public employees currently working at State agencies and organizations, the following additional documents are required:

- Vietnamese official and public employee résumé;

- Evaluation, assessment of work performance, and the opinion on job transfer from the head of the agency or organization;

- Copy of salary grade decisions and salary increase decisions;

- Copy of social insurance book.

Circular 241/2017/TT-BQP is effective from November 15, 2017.
