Announcement on the Temporary Suspension of the Online Tax Filing System in Vietnam
On December 30, 2016, the General Department of Taxation of Vietnam issued Notice 7305/TB-TCT regarding the plan to temporarily suspend the Online Tax Filing System to facilitate the upgrade of the application in response to the pilot implementation of the electronic tax refund service.

Temporarily suspend the operation of the Online Declaration System from 17:00 January 6, 2017, to 24:00 January 8, 2016.
Outside the above period, the Online Declaration System will operate normally.
The General Department of Taxation of Vietnam informs as above so that taxpayers are aware and can proactively arrange their time to perform tax declarations before and after the system suspension period.
